1Can I return my BrickPie kit?

Because each BrickPie product is custom-made from your uploaded photo, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

2What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

3What if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4What if my package is lost during shipping?

If your tracking information shows an issue or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact our support team for assistance.
