Product Information
Each kit is customized based on the photo you upload. By submitting your photo, you confirm that you have the right to use and distribute the image.
Order Process
All orders are confirmed via email. Once placed, customization begins and orders cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases of proven product defect or shipping error.
Pricing
All prices are listed in [USD/SGD/etc.]. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. Promotional prices are subject to availability.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
